All regular priced items can be exchanged for a similar item 1 time for free or returned in full (minus the original shipping costs) to a store credit. Returns to original payment method will be deducted a flat $15 fee for shipping and restocking (the original shipping cost will not be refunded either). This fee is waived if you opt for a store credit. This applies to any first orders made with 10% discount applied.
Anything purchased 30% or more off (including coupon codes) can not be exchanged or returned - these items are final sale! We do not make exceptions, so please take your measurements before purchasing an item on sale.
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and details of your exchange or return. (See below if you are about to send an email regarding an item you purchased on sale.)
- We will get back to you within 3 business days with a return shipping label. (We batch our returns so it may take a few days to receive a response.)
- Package your return and take it to your local post office. Please make sure to drop it off at least 5 days from when the label was sent, so it does not expire. If you do not send your return back within 15 days of it being sent we will not process your refund! We do not accept returns after 30 days and shipping can take a while, for this reason it is very important that you mail your return back right away.
- Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process a refund.
- If you exchanged an item, once we receive the first item back, we will send out your exchange.
The fine print...
- If you want a second exchange you are responsible for all the shipping charges for these exchanges.
- Friends, if you purchased something at more than 30% off (this includes coupon codes) please do not send us an email asking for an exception. Our policies are stated clearly before you make a purchase. As a small company, we have to enforce this rule to stay in business, because processing exchanges and returns is more costly than you might imagine, we end of losing money in the end. If you absolutely hate something and can not gift it/re-sell it we can possibly offer a store credit, but all shipping charges are your responsibility. We do not accept refunds to original payment method for sale items.
