Shipping + Returns

All regularly priced items can be exchanged 1 time for FREE.

Anything purchased more than 30% on sale (including coupon codes) can not be exchanged or returned - these items are final sale!

All other items can be exchanged 1 time for free or returned for a flat $8 shipping and restocking fee (the original shipping cost will not be refunded either).

To initiate a return or exchange send an email to erin@lizalig.com with your name, order number, and details of your exchange or return. We will get back to you within 3 business days and send you a return shipping label. (Please do not send multiple emails to initiate a return if it has been less than 3 business days from your initial email. We batch our returns so it may take a few days to receive a response.)

If you exchange an item more than once these costs will also be deducted to a return or added to an exchange. If you want a second exchange there is a $15 flat fee for shipping and restocked. Returns or exchanges must be sent back within 5 days of shipping label sent. Please note it takes up to 30 days to process your return once we receive it.

We do not accept returns after 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for worn or damaged goods. (Items sent back that have been worn will not be accepted for a return). We do not accept returns on international orders. We also do not accept returns on any item discounted more than 30% (this includes coupon codes used).

How long will it take to get my order? Orders are shipped twice a week and usually take around 3-5 days to arrive.  International orders typically take around 2 weeks to arrive. Sorry if there is a delay!  We are a small business and try to get to your order as soon as possible.  Thanks for your patience!
