Recycled Fashion

Because all items by Liz Alig are made from 100% recycled materials no two dresses are exactly alike.  Because each dress is handcrafted with vintage and recycled fabrics, some of the dresses in each style will vary slightly to use a variety of fabrics.  For special orders to meet your own particular color or pattern preferences, you may request fabric samples.  You may choose color preferences; however, Liz Alig is not responsible for unsatisfactory color or pattern choices.  Liz Alig is not responsible for any loss or injury incurred because of the nature of these materials. 

 

Fair Production

Liz Alig is dedicated to producing garments in an ethical and fair environment.  Each piece is handcrafted, therefore may vary slightly in size and style specifications.  Unworn, defective garments can be returned with approval to Liz Alig for a merchandise credit.  

 

Shortage or Damage Claims

Liz Alig does not guarantee delivery dates.  Any promised delivery date is only the best estimate of when the merchandise will be shipped.   Items out of stock may be placed back order and may be shipped at a later date or dropped.  The risk of loss and title of the goods pass to the buyer upon Liz Alig’s delivery to the carrier.  Liz Alig assumes no liability for loss due to delay in shipping.

 

Packs

Items are packed 3 per pack (1 Small, 1 Medium, 1 Large). 

 

Returns

There are NO Refunds.  We are unable to accept or return any product that have been worn.  Full, unopened packs may be accepted for return only with prior authorization.  A 15% restocking fee is charged for authorized returns the adjusted balance will be applied to a merchandise store credit.

 

Shipping

Freight FOB Greenfield, IN.  Orders shipped by the best rate.  If your order is shipped COD, the carriers (USPS, FED Ex, etc.), will charge a surcharge which will be passed on to you.  COD shipments must be pre-approved and payed by money order or certified check.  Customers will be liable for additional shipping charges and re-stocking fees should merchandise be returned to Liz Alig.  Liz Alig assumes no liability once the merchandise has been shipped and authorized by the receiver. 

 

Opening Order

Minimum opening order 2 packs; $15.00 service fee for orders under minimum.
